Its been a busy past few weeks for ur fave african celebs.Amber Rose was spotted shopping at whole foods and in Manhattan sans her beau Kanye West.However,the two lovebirds were reunited at the Milan fashion week .She hit up the premiere of Good Hair solo.
Idris Elba's fine self hit up Russel Simmons argyle fashion show where he sat front seat.He was also at a pandora event in DC where he got flirty with the ladies.More news on him later.
Lola love hit the Bet awards .She prefers to be called "Lady Monore" now.Whatever.
Estelle was at Maxwell's concert after-party and also attended the "Keep A Child Alive" event of which Alicia Key's and Iman are ambassadors.
Noemi Lenoir was at an amfar event while Wale performed in Seattle with Jay Z and Pharrel.wale also stopped by the Nigerian independence to show some love.
Alek Wek was at the amfar event as well .Aminat from ANTM teamed up with Tyra Banks to give away coats to children for the winter.
Nneka walked away with a MOBO award in London .Akon was at the MTV Mama awards held in Kenya .The Naija boys were at the Naija independence .Lemar was at the Mobo's witha female companion while Iman looked fab at the Keep A Child Alive Ball.Not sure about the red outfit she was rocking at the American Ballet event.Little Zahara Pitt had a day out with her mummy and sis in La.

wale had a front seat at Kimora Lee's baby phat show in nyc last week.
Isiah Washington was spotted at a DKNY party.Djimon Hounsou and his baby-mama Kimora were booed up at her spring 2010 baby phat runway show for fashion week which was held in Nyc at the Roseland Ballroom.She did the finale walk with her daughers Aoki and Ming Lee,as well as baby Kenzo,her baby with hubby Djimon.he is gonna be a heart-breaker when he grows up!!
Idris Elba was at a bond party ..Alek Wek was at fashion week,and Iman was at a dior party..
Noemi Lenoir who is half African walked the streets of Ny during fashion week.Boris Kodjoe and his wife held a benefit called Sophie's voices which raised money for charity.Sophie is their cute daughter's name btw.I didnt knw they were married though.Maybe they met on the set of Brown Sugar.The one that had Taye Diggs and sanna Lathan.Love that movie!!Him and his wife aslo attended the baby p show.

Idris Elba in Takers +making music?+next black james bond?

Peep the new promo poster for "Takers",a movie that stars Idris ,Chris Brown and a host of other celebs.Apparently,Idris will be using his brit accent.(*Yes....)

Okay ,so maybe I'm thinking too far ahead in the future.But you never know these days.people date for three weeks and the next thing,they are walking down the aisle.Anyway,Nigerian-Dc based rapper wale was spotted enjoying a beautiful summer day in Central Park Ny(still need to go there) with Solange Knowles.They lounged on the grass and listened to music.Maybe they collaborating on a new album?cuz last I heard,Solange was dating some other person.Can u envison Wale as little Juelz new step-daddy?Time will tell.I will keep u posted!but we have pics nontheless.

In other Wale news,even though his performances during the VMA'S got him some nods,Wale may be delaying the release of his debut album.

His debut studio album, Attention: Deficit will now hit stores on November 3rd, but not due to label complications. Wale is will be hitting the road with none other than Jay-Z, on a tour of college campus arenas and traditional venues.

At this year’s VMA’s, fans were pleased to see that Wale performed in between performances and awards with the well-known DC go-go band, UCB. Joining him on the stage with the house band, also were Solange, Kid Cudi, Pitbull and a host of others. He is currently promoting his third single, featuring Jazmine Sullivan, “World Tour.”.

Our fave nigerian singer twins Psqaure (peter and Paul Okoye)have landed in the us of A!They partied it up limo -style in atl popping bottles and the works .They then took in the sights of NY.I guess they are here for touring reasons.Im just mad they were in nyc and I didnt knw.I need more people..lol...And who is that chick Peter or Paul is holding onto so tight?does she even knw who they are?I thought one of them was married.Oh wells..just saying.They even met up with Busta Rhymes.

In other celeb fab news ,Kimora and Djimon welcomed a baby boy into the world.U saw the before labor pics here and they have apparently named the child Kenzo ,which according to the ybf "has Japanese origins and is used for boys and means Wise and Three. Baby Kenzo Lee Hounsou is the third baby of the bunch and Kimora is 1/4 Japanese (and 1/4 Korean).
The Kimora clan issued a statement saying ,
"Welcome Kenzo Lee Hounsou. Kimora’s + Djimon’s baby boy was born on Saturday May, 30th. He was 8 lbs and 20 inches".Super cute.Cant wait to see the baby!
