Akon seems to be in the news at least once a month .This time for saying that Christina Aguilera is swaggerjacking his signee Lady Gaga.He is quoted by a bunch of sites including theybf as saying,

"Honestly, Gaga and Christina could probably get together and do something that's amazing. But that's impossible if they are both trying to do the same exact thing musically.
(Aguilera is) not even any competition. You are actually giving Christina too much credit. She always had her cool little look and way about how she went about things. But soon as Gaga came out, everything switched up. Christina stepped out of her own shell to become something different."..wait,hasnt Christina been around longer than Gaga?just saying...

So finally Akon is doing the suing..hes suing his former business partners ,"alleging they used his name for a new perfume without permission.the Smack That star was stunned when perfume executives formed Konvict Cosmetics International and started selling a scent called Konvict without his approval.
